He was born in 1981 in Baku. From 1998 to 2005, he studied at the Faculty of “Single Combat” at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport. He is currently pursuing his second degree at the Faculty of Management at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since July 8, 2007, he has been working as an international-level referee. He holds the I-S referee category. He has officiated at many prestigious competitions, World and European Championships, including the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games, and the 2nd European Games. From 2007 to 2020, he worked as a Security Supervisor in the Security Department of “Pasha Holding Construction Service” LLC. Since January 26, 2021, he has been serving as the Representative of the Head of the Shamakhi District Executive Authority for the administrative territorial district of Shamakhi city.

Since January 5, 2026, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Referees Committee of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation.
