The leadership of the Wrestling Federation has visited Karabakh

The leadership of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation (AWF) has paid a visit to Karabakh.

AWF Vice Presidents Namig Abdullayev and Farid Mansurov, the Federation’s Secretary General Parvin Piriyev, and Greco-Roman Wrestling Coordinator Rafiq Huseynov held meetings in Shusha and Khankendi.

The federation officials visited the Shusha City State Reserve Department, a school in Shusha, and Karabakh University, where they met not only with officials but also with schoolchildren and students. Prominent figures in Azerbaijani sports — N. Abdullayev, F. Mansurov, and R. Huseynov — spoke about their careers, answered questions from the youth, and shared their advice.

The Wrestling Federation plans to continue holding such motivational meetings on a regular basis.
