Registration opens for admission to the Baku Wrestling School

The registration process for admission to the Baku Wrestling School (BWS) for the 2026/2027 academic year has officially begun.

The primary objective of the Baku Wrestling School, which operates at the Suleyman Rustam Foreign Languages-Oriented Gymnasium located in the Mardakan settlement of Baku, is to provide young wrestlers with the opportunity to develop their sporting careers without interrupting their education.

Candidates wishing to participate in the admission process for the 5th and 6th grades (born in 2014, 2015, and 2016) can register through the application form available on the website of the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation: https://awf.az/join-bgm/

The registration deadline is June 30. The entrance examination will be held on July 6–7. Candidates will be assessed through various physical standards and tests. Participants who successfully complete the examination stage will be admitted to the Baku Wrestling School.
