Referees appointed for the beach wrestling competitions

The referees who will officiate the international beach wrestling competitions to be held at the “Sea Breeze” resort from August 27 to 29 have been determined.

At the U17 World Championships on August 27, Azerbaijan will be represented by national-level referees Ravan Rajabov and Jeyla Nagizada. In addition to officiating the bouts, both referees will take an examination to obtain international referee status.

At the fourth stage of the World Series, which will take place on August 28-29, I-S category referees Asif Shiraliyev, Sadi Guliyev and Bashir Isazade will officiate the bouts.

A total of 20 referees will officiate at the U17 World Championships, while 13 referees will officiate at the fourth stage of the World Series.
