The U17 European Wrestling Championships continue in Samokov, Bulgaria.

On the fifth day of competition, the women’s wrestling events came to an end.

Nuray Jafarli (46 kg) lost to Croatia’s Lara Blazekovic in the bronze medal match with a score of 1:4 and finished in fifth place.

Fatima Bayramova (53 kg) claimed the bronze medal after defeating Poland’s Zuzanna Sokolovska by technical superiority (10:0).

Simura Abdullayeva (69 kg) lost to Russia’s Polina Yefimova in the repechage bout with a score of 2:8.
