Decisive test in beach wrestling

This weekend, the final stage of the Beach Wrestling World Series will take place, marking a decisive moment in the season.

The competition, set to be held in Alexandria, Egypt, will determine the world champions in each weight category based on the cumulative points earned across all five stages of the series.

Under the guidance of head coach Oyan Nezeriani, Azerbaijan will be represented by Vusal Aliyev and Sahib Dadashov (both 80 kg), as well as Ibrahim Yusubov (90 kg), who will compete for top honours at this prestigious event.

The preliminary phase and the first two rounds of group matches will be held tomorrow. On October 19, the tournament will conclude with the final round of group bouts, followed by the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and medal matches.
