The first finalists of the schoolchildren’s Republic Sports Olympiad have been determined

The Schoolchildren’s Republic Sports Olympiad is being held in Azerbaijan for the first time, jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with the support of the Baku City Circuit Operations Company and the relevant sports federations.

Today, 168 wrestlers from various cities and districts across the Republic competed at the Azerbaijan Technical University Sports Hall. On the first day of the competition, the finalists in the 38 kg, 44 kg, 52 kg, 62 kg and 75 kg weight categories in freestyle wrestling were determined.
