Nihat Mammadli: “I cannot look for mistakes in others”

Nihat Mammadli (60 kg), a bronze medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling at the European Championship, shared his impressions:

“This is already my fourth medal at the European Championship. I am grateful for that. Of course, I would have liked to return with a gold medal. I had won gold medals at two European Championships before. Sometimes things do not go as you want.

Of course, I cannot look for mistakes in others. We had gone through very good training camps before this competition. As a team, we were very well prepared. From now on, I will prepare even better and do my best to become a champion again.”
