With a total of 2 gold, 4 silver, and 1 bronze medal, Azerbaijan’s team amassed 161 points, becoming European Champions for the second time. The team finished 47 points ahead of second-placed Armenia, which scored 114 points. Ukraine completed the top three with 91 points.

Notably, the 161-point tally is a new record for Azerbaijan’s freestyle wrestling in this age group, surpassing the previous record of 145 points set in 2023 when the team finished in second place.
